Oh I forgot to mention, Blair my physio said that next time I see him we'll work out a program to ease me back into running. Now THAT is exciting. Although I am really enjoying all the riding, but it would be nice to get running again.
As he said, the biggest thing will be holding myself back from going too hard too early. My cardio fitness is good, but my legs just won't be able to take it at first. Slowly slowly. That's going to require a lot of mental discipline!
