Half marathon before breakfast
Did my last major mid-long run before the taper this morning. 21km through Kirribilli and round Cremorne Point and back. Legs felt sore at first, but once I got up to 5 min/km pace and faster they loosened up and felt good going at that speed for the whole run. Then got home, grabbed my gear and ran to work. Feeling on an endorphin high right now!
