Back into the long stuff

I did a long run this morning on my usual route from Lavender Bay along the waterfront as much as possible around Cremorne Point to Mosman ferry wharf and back, almost exactly 2 hours this morning and I must have had the weather change a dozen times over that period. Rain, sun, clouds, windy, back to drizzle again, back to clear.

It was a beautiful run and it did feel good, it's been a while since I've done a longer one. Ideally I want to be doing at least 2.5 hours with my long runs (I was up to 3.5 hours when training for the marathon), but it's a bit tough before work unless I get up in the "4s" and I'm just not prepared to do that at the moment.

The only interesting things I saw were a giant cruise ship coming into the harbour and a noisy miner divebombing walkers.
