The new "plan"

I've made a decision with my training.

I've been trying to do a half ironman program and a marathon program and trying to fit different workouts into different days and it's been a pain in the arse to organise. So I decided yesterday that I seem to get the most out of all my workouts when I'm being pushed by people better than me. Therefore I'm going to make an effort over the next couple of months to do all my training with people who push me.

Tuesday and Thursday mornings - ride with the Boundary Riders

Monday and Wednesday lunchtimes - swim with my mate Dan and his Macquarie bank colleagues training for a swim race. He is FAST.

Tuesday lunch - running intervals with the Hickson road crew

Thursday - either running more intervals with those guys at lunch, or going into after work to the Balmoral Triathlon Club track session in Mosman

Saturday mornings - brick session in Centennial Park with Balmoral Triathlon Club

Hmmm, somewhere I've got to fit in a Long Bike ride, a Long Run and Races! I certainly can't do them all on a Sunday, this will require further consideration...
