I didn’t even make it to HuRTS at lunch yesterday because of work so I had two totally non-exercise days Monday and Tuesday. That only enhanced the crankiness. So this morning I decided to do a solo HuRTS session around the “alternative Farm Cove”
Yep I went for 8 x 5mins (although I only managed 7 because of time) around the Lavender Bay boardwalk. For me 5 minutes took me almost exactly from Lavender Bay wharf to Kirribilli Wharf. There was a bit of rain, not too many people and it’s totally flat. The run felt great, although I definitely wasn’t pushing as hard as I would have in a group.
